  "HUM(erus) is a project currently being developed within the context of
 ATRU - Architectural Technology Research Unit, at the National 
Technical University of Athens. It refers to a small-scale programmable 
robotic arm, which functions on the basis of four servo motors, 
controlled through the Arduino platform. Implementing the main 
principles of digital fabrication, HUM(erous) envisions to become a 
hardware tool for designers, capable of performing different tasks and 
operations, while at the same time being affordable, portable and 
open-source."
